Study Plan

For a candidate to be awarded a M.Sc. in Mathematical Modelling, he/she must earn a minimum of 180 credits of which a minimum of 120 credits are from coursework and 60 credits from the dissertation.

Course work runs for two semesters in first year and dissertation follows in second year of study. A minimum of 5 courses is taught each semester and each course carries 12 credits. A student must do a minimum of 5 courses (60 credits) per semester. Out of the minimum of 120 credits, 84 credits will be from the core courses and a minimum of 36 credits from the elective courses.
