Sports events offered at the University of Dar es salaam
The University of Dar es Salaam has Olympic size track and field facility which is located around football pitch number I.
The University also a swimming pool which is open daily for students, staff members and the community for a special fee. The facility is located opposite the University Health Centre.
The University of Dar es Salaam has 4 soccer pitches, 2 Basketball Court at Mwalimu Nyerere campus, 1 basketball court at Mabibo Hostel, 2 volleyball court at Mwalimu Nyerere campus, 1 netball court and 1 handball pitch at Mwalimu Nyerere campus.
The University of Dar es salaam has 1 international pitch which is used for World Cricket Championships. This facility is located at the Mwalimu Nyerere Campus.
The University has 4 tennis courts -two courts are located opposite swimming pool at Mwalimu Nyerere campus and 4 courts are located opposite the football pitch at the College of Information and Communication Technologies (CoICT)
