Mr. Hamad Iddi Mwange has been associated with the University of Dar es Salaam since 2009. Currently, he serves as a Library Assistant II in the Directorate of Library Services (DLS) at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). Mr. Mwange has been dedicated to his role at the University since 2009. He holds a certificate in Library Studies, which he obtained in 1992 from the School of Library, Archives, and Documentations (SLADS) in Bagamoyo.

Within the directorate, his areas of specialization encompass customer care skills, records and archive management, newspaper clipping and indexing, cuttings, shelving, and shelf reading of newspapers. Additionally, he is involved in the management of government and United Nations publications
