FRECO Equipment Supplies Ltd. is a local company registered in Tanzania. We deal with supply of all types of used equipment, brand new XCMG Equipment, Brand new HOWO trucks. Moreover, Freco Equipment Supplies Ltd supplies all types of spare parts for the above equipment. Freco operates from its main hub located in Dar Es Salaam

Reporting to: Director of Finance

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Preparing and maintaining important financial reports
  • Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time
  • Evaluating financial operations to recommend best-practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently
  • Offering guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization
  • Conducting forecasting and risk analysis assessments
  • An accountant has a legal obligation to act honestly and avoid negligence in their practices.

Accountant skills and qualifications

  • Experience with accounting software and data entry
  • Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical skills

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Additionally, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining sales database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.

Sales Executive Skills and qualifications

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing/Procurement, Bachelor’s in Sales and Marketing
  • 2+years of sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management, and sales software programs.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
