Congratulations Mr. Petro Protas

Mr. Petro Protas has been appointed Coordinator of the Tanzania German Center for Eastern African Legal Studies (TGCL), effective 1st January 2022. Mr. Protas replaces Dr. B.T. Mapunda who retires in December 2021.

We congratulate Mr. Protas for this appointment and thank Dr. Mapunda for his effective leadership and commitment to the TGCL during his tenure.
