David Peter Rwehikiza holds a PhD in Business Administration of the University of Dar es Salaam, Masters of Science in International Transport and Logistics of the University of Dar es Salaam and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing of University of Dar es Salaam. He has also attended short graduate programmes including Logistics Management from KLU University in Germany, Market Access from UNICTAD Virtual Learning Institute, Branding and Product Development from Copenhagen Business School, Demand Creation and Market Execution curriculum offered by BeveServe South Africa and other local programmes in the areas of Advocacy, and Change management. He is currently a lecturer in the marketing Department of the University of Dar es Salaam. He joined the University of Dar es Salaam since 2009. He is specialized in the areas of marketing, transportation and logistics. Being a university lecturer, he has extensive conducted several consultancies and training programmes. The consultancy areas include strategic planning, new products development, route to market strategies, project monitoring and evaluation; transport investment appraisal; Pricing for e-products, customer satisfaction surveys to mention but a few. David has facilitated several training programmes few of them include; Customer Care Training to Muhimbili nurses; Airport Security Officers at TAA and Entrepreneurship and Customer Care Training supported by UDSM;  Fleet Management, contract Management and Outsourcing to Medical Stores Department (MSD) Staff; Project Monitoring and Evaluation to the staff from the Ministry of Defence and National Service; Health Commodities Transport to MSD Third Party Providers; Port Regulations to Transporters and Truck Drivers under World Food Programme (WFP); Entrepreneurship training to academic and non-academic staff at MUHAS; Business Management Strategies to handcrafts entrepreneurs organized by COSTECH; Market Development training to entrepreneurs.
