Current Summarised CV:	Ms. Paulina Mabuga Masalu is a graduate of the  University of Dar es Salaam specialized in Applied Social Psychology. She was employed  at the University of  Dar es Salaam as Warden on December 2003 She was promoted to the post of USAB Manager in 2007 In 2016 she was appointed to the position of the Dean of Students, the position she has been working up to now. As the Dean of Students, she works with other DSTS Staff on the implementation of the UDSM Student's Affair Policy. Mabuga has been an active member of the Tanzania Counselling and Guidance Association, and Tanzania University Sports Association and also works as a Secretary to the University of Dar es salaam Workers Council.
