Mr Samwel Nassary is an Assistant Lecturer at the School of Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Technology, University of Dar es Salaam. Samwel possesses a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources Economics and Business and a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Dar es Salaam. Samwel is a natural resources economist, business analyst and economic policies expert with a primary interest in fisheries resources economics, agricultural commercialization, agricultural financing and aquaculture value chain development.  In particular, my research focuses on the sustainable utilization of natural resources and agricultural development through agricultural value chain financing. Samwel is also a member of Generation Connect Africa (GC-AFR) Youth Envoy at the International Telecommunications Union - Africa Telecommunications Union (ITU-ATU) under the Digital Inclusion and Development thematic group based in Senegal, Africa.
