The Directorate of Internationalization, Convocation and Advancement (DICA) at the University of Dar es Salaam invites applications from eligible staff for an Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility opportunity at the University of Granada, Spain.

This mobility program offers staff the opportunity to enhance professional skills, exchange best practices, and strengthen institutional collaboration within an international academic environment.

Eligibility:

  • Academic and administrative staff of the University of Dar es Salaam
  • Demonstrated relevance of the training to current role
  • Commitment to knowledge sharing upon return

Duration: Short-term mobility (as per Erasmus+ guidelines)

  • Motivation letter
  • Proposed training plan aligned with their role
