Susan Mwangu Rumulika is an assistant lecturer in Educational Management at the University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania where she has been employed in 2026. She is also a former school academic coordinator at Idimi Secondary School and worked as the school quality assuarer at Ichenjezya Secondary School located in Songwe Region. She holds a master degree known as Master of Arts in Education(2023) and Bachelor of education in languages and Management (2014) from Mzumbe University Main Campus respectively. She has researched and published on Teachers’ beliefs and constraints in adopting Learner- centered Pedagogy; an analysis of Teacher- Centered Methods in Tanzania Teacher Training Colleges.
