Biography

Dr. Antidius Kaitu is a skilled and reliable legal expert with over ten years of experience in legal practice and related fields. He serves as a Lecturer in Law and is a co-founder and member of the Law, Society, and Technology Research Group at the University of Dar es Salaam School of Law. As a law and development scholar, his research interests encompass human rights law, investment law, corporate law, natural resources law, and technology law, all of which are integral to the courses he lectures, researches, and consults on. In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Kaitu practices law as an Advocate, Notary Public, and Commissioner for Oaths. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, A Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania, a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the Tanzanian German Centre for Legal Studies (TGCL-UDSM), and a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from the University of Dar es Salaam.
