Tatu Rajabu Mashishanga

Tatu Rajabu Mashishanga is a dedicated and detail-oriented Information Management professional with a strong academic background in Records, Archives, and Information Management. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Records, Archives and Information Management, attained in 2024 from the Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC), as well as a Diploma in the same field from the same institution.

Her academic and practical training has equipped her with comprehensive skills in document control, information governance, digital records management, and archiving strategies that align with and support organizational goals. Tatu is particularly passionate about effective records lifecycle management, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring timely access to accurate information to enhance decision-making and accountability.

Currently, she is contributing her skills and knowledge at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), where she continues to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact in the field of information management.
