Lyina is an accomplished Procurement Officer at the College of Information and Communication Technology (CoICT) at Udsm with over seven years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain management. She has built a solid reputation for her integrity, professionalism and strategic approach to procurement operations. Lyina earned her degree of science in procurement and supply chain management, where she laid the foundation of her deep interest in procurement strategy and systems improvement. She is an Approved registered member of Procurement and Supplies Professional and Technicians Board (PSPTB) and also a member of the International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management (IFPSM). Lyina is a proud holder of the Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional (CPSP) credential which reflects her commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to industry best practices. Throughout her career she has been actively involved in various aspect of public procurement with compliance to laws and regulations, her technical skills are complemented by a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail enabling her to contribute meaningfully to institution efficiency and transparency. Lyina is fluent in English and Swahili and experienced in cross-functional teamwork. She is passionate about leveraging procurement to support institution goals, promote value for money and enhance service delivery. Her work at CoICT reflects a proactive, ethical and results oriented approach to procurement in the public sector.
