Chiku Said Kizega [MA], she is Heritage professional and expertise with years of experience. she is serving as Assistant lecturer at the Department of Archaeology and Heritage Studies, University of Dar es Salaam. With her experience in academic and professionalism. Ms. Chiku participated and engaged in developmental projects [Sustainable Preservation Initiative, Sustainable Development Heritage, Bahari Yetu Urithi Wetu, and Youth and Climate Change] on preservation and conservation of heritage resources within the country particularly Kilwa Kisiwani, Bagamoyo and Tanga. Her research interest is at the interface of tangible and intangible heritage, where she uses a community-centered approach to explore the sustainability of natural and cultural heritage in local-level contexts.
