Mr. Thobius Joseph completed his BSc. degree in Telecommuciaons Engineering at the University of Dodoma in 2014, and a MSc. in Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Dodoma in 2016.

Amid 2018 and November 2022, Mr. Thobius Joseph worked as an Assistance Lecturer in the Department of Information Technology, Faculty of Science and Education of the University of Iringa. During the title role, He authored or co-authored more than six publications.

In December 2022, He has join as an Assistance Lecturer in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE), College of Information and Communication Technologies (CoICT) of the University of Dar es Salaam.
