Biography

Dr. Jacqueline Damas is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering within the College of Information and Communication Technologies (CoICT) at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), Tanzania. With a strong background in electronics, microwave photonics, and electromagnetic systems, she contributes significantly to teaching, research, and innovation in her field. Her research interests include Optical Fiber Communication, Internet of Things (IoT), Embedded Electronics, and RF Engineering. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences, enhancing the visibility of last mile broadband delivery solutions research at UDSM.
