dy Ridhaa Swalehe is an assistant lecturer in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications at the University of Dar es Salaam. His research and projects primarily focus on artificial intelligence, communications networks, and machine learning. He combines academic expertise with substantial industrial experience, having worked across a range of networking domains, including IP radio networks, core networks, and enterprise networks.

He holds a Master of Science in Communications and Network Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Dodoma. His work spans the development of intelligent systems, network optimization, and the application of machine learning to practical engineering problems.

By integrating academic research with hands-on industrial practice, he contributes to the advancement of both technological innovation and engineering education.
