Collether John
Biography
Dr. Collether John received a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), Dar es Salaam in 1999. She also has an MSc degree in Electronics Engineering and a PhD degree in Computing and Electronics Engineering from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom (2003).
