Josephine Kalekwa Stephen is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam, Department of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. She has a Master of Telecommunications Engineering degree and is currently pursuing a PhD in Communication and Networks Engineering.

Her areas of interest include signal and image processing, biomedical radar systems for monitoring cardiorespiratory activities, and wireless communication networks.

She is a member of IEEE, a registered professional engineer, and a coach at the University ICT Incubation program.
