I did my PhD as a sandwich programme between the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) in Tanzania and Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) Department of Electronics in Sweden (2016-2021) focusing on enhancement of agent based controlling and monitoring on solar driven DC microgrid system. I obtained my B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and IT at the University of Dar es salaam from Sept. 2004 - Dec. 2008. Thereafter, I went to University of Eastern Finland (UEF) in Finland and pursued my M.Sc. in Computer Science from August.2010 –Dec.2011.
My teaching experiences from the University of Dar es Salaam are programming courses and computer applications, Network security issues, Professional ethics in computer science, and e-commerce applications. I also supervise projects for final-year students and practical training for continuing students. I have been engaged on developing and maintaining of the portal/platforms for PhD students under iGrid project (TTA and iGrid portal). I am also involving in mentoring and grooming of students at University of Dar es salaam ICT incubator (UDICTI) from June 2012 to present.
