Biography

Mr Twahir Abasi Kiobya is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the College of Information and Communication Technologies. He has a PhD in Enterprise Information Systems & Engineering from Donghua University in Shanghai, China (2025), an MSc degree in Computer Applied Technology from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, China (2012), and a BSc degree in Software Engineering from Donghua University in Shanghai, China (2009). The Research areas Mr Kiobya is interested in include Computer Networks, Algorithm Design and Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Graph Theory, and Deep learning. Mr Kiobya has been teaching several undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including Computer Networks, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, and Computer Programming.
