Dr. Kennedy F. Mwakisole is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the College of Information and Communication Technologies (CoICT), University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science, and his doctoral research focused on leveraging cloud computing for e-learning in developing economies.

With over a decade of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Mwakisole has been extensively involved in numerous ICT research projects within both the public and private sectors. His contributions primarily focus on the integration of ICT in teaching and learning, the adoption and utilisation of e-learning technologies, and the evaluation and implementation of a wide range of information systems.
