Abbas Khatibu earned certificate of Computer Science in 2016 from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. In 2004, he was awarded certificate in Machinery Fitter Level I from the Vocational Education and Training Authority, Tanzania. Khatibu obtained his secondary school certificate in 2002 from the Dar es Salaam Secondary School. With more than 15 years of experience as office attendant, he has attended several professional trainings, including Fire Warden from the Ministry of Home Affairs (February, 2017) and Ethics of Public Servants for Office Attendants from the University of Dar es Salaam (October, 2020). Currently, Khatibu serves as Senior Office Attendant I at the Principal's Office in the College of Information and Communication Technologies, University of Dar es Salaam.
