Mr. Simon Phanuel Mbabaye is a Tutorial Assistant at the University of Dar es Salaam, School of Law, Department of Private Law since June, 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Mzumbe University, 2019.

After completing his undergraduate studies, he gained extensive teaching experience from 2020 to 2022 in various academic institutions, where he lectured on legal subjects and supported students in developing strong analytical and research skills.
In 2023, he expanded his professional expertise by joining an international organization focused on human rights issues, further strengthening his knowledge in global legal practices.
