Roger Tharcisiusy Mwalulefu is an Advocate of the High Court and the Courts Subordinate thereto, holding the Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice issued by the Law School of Tanzania within the United Republic of Tanzania, more so, he is a Bachelor degree holder of laws from Mzumbe University, he stood at Mzumbe University Mbeya Campus College from 2020 to 2023 where he finished with a first class GPA and thus being awarded as the Best Finalist in LLB more so awarded as the Best Overall Bachelor Degree Finalist at Mbeya Campus College as he finished with an outstanding performance. He is a newly employed staff at the prestigious University of Dar es Salaam particularly at the School of Law under the Private Law Department. 

He has served as an Intern at Mzumbe University Mbeya Campus College for a considerable period of time and also as an associate at Clenn Attorney's Advocates & Legal Consultants in Mbeya hence actively engaged in both practical side of law and disseminating knowledge in the theoretical wing of law.
