Gervas Sebastian Elias is a committed and hardworking professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Mzumbe University. He is currently employed at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) Institute of Marine Science (IMS), where he contributes to essential administrative and financial operations within the institution. His role has strengthened his practical understanding of public sector finance, organizational processes, and the day-to-day challenges faced by large institutions. 

Throughout his academic journey, Gervas developed strong competencies in budgeting, taxation, corporate governance, and public sector accounting. His exposure to real institutional environments has reinforced his ability to analyze financial matters, handle responsibilities effectively, and support efforts aimed at improving accountability and operational efficiency.
