He is an academician and practitioner with a deep understanding of the full lifecycle in Geospatial Sciences, Technology and Engineering. He is a Full Registered and Licensed Land Surveyor, recognised by the Board of Control and Licensing of Surveyors (BCLS) and the Institute of Surveyors of Tanzania (IST).
His professional qualifications include a BSc in Geomatics, an MSc in Geomatics, a Postgrad. Certificate In Civil Engineering and Transport and a PhD In Geospatial Sciences and Technologies from Tanzania and Poland.
He is among the most highly rated Land Surveyors in the country. His hard work, integrity and consistency have earned professional recognition to reach greater heights. He has become secretary of the technical committee of the BCLS and Deputy Secretary of the IST. Reached out several times in matters that require high knowledge and commitment to advise the government in matters relating to Land Surveying and Mapping; such as writing a new Land Survey and Registration of Land Surveyors Act 2024, reviewing the Act to establish Ardhi Institute Morogoro, reviewing the BSc In Marine and Hydrographic Surveying program of the Ardhi University, Curriculum review of the Ardhi Institute Morogoro, Supervisor of the project for the establishment of the Continuously Operating Reference Network of Tanzania (CONETA) under Land Tenure Improvement Program (LTIP)to mention a few.
