Romana Leodegard Mosha is an environmental scientist/climate change scientist and academician at the University of Dar es salaam, Institute of Resource assessment. She holds a BSc. in Environmental Science and management from Ardhi University and  MSc. in Climate change and Sustainable Development from the University of Dar es Salaam. 

She has experience in environmental impact assessment, environment related research and occupational hygiene/safety.
