Mr Frank Ernest Lukindo, a Counsellor from Counselling Unit which is Under Directorate of Social Services. He earn Bachelor degree of arts in  Sociology at University of Dar es Salaam(2020), He volunteer since 2020 and 2023 he got a contract as Social Welfare Officer in Handeni District Hospital and He gain experience  on data collection and data entry of NHIF claim management, GoT-Homis, DHIS-2 for matrimonial cases, Gender based Violence (GBV) and Violence Against the Children, data cleaning for the TASAF beneficiary through Productive Social Safety Net (PSSN), Covid-19 vaccination (J&J, Sinopharm under AMREF), data entry for children who take Surua, Lubela and Polio, data entry for under five birth certificate under RITA, apart from data entry. He participated on other activities such as sensitization of blood donation, sensitization of improved community health fund (ICHF), analyze and grant exemption for the under-five children, pregnant women, and elderly above 60, He was attended seminar about Psychosocial Support and He was a member of Hospital Management Team (HMT). Currently He provide and Guidance and Counselling service as well as Sensitization about Mental Health for staff and student of University of Dar es Salaam.
