Gerson Daniel Janga is a Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Dar es Salaam, with a specialisation in International Relations. In this capacity, he facilitates seminars and tutorials, supports senior academic staff, and contributes to research and consultancy projects within the fields of international relations and politics. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Political Science at the University of Dar es Salaam, building on his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration, which he obtained from the same university in 2017.
He is committed to continuous professional development and actively participates in workshops on the integration of technology in curriculum development, pedagogy, and consultancy project implementation. His academic and professional interests centre on peace and security studies, particularly regional security dynamics and integration processes in Africa, international law, civil society and gender.
