Witness Leodgard Marandu is a Chemical and Process Engineer, working as  Laboratory Engineer and Researcher at University of Dar es Salaam with experience in laboratory engineering, industrial process optimization, quality assurance and chemical safety management. She has worked across academic and industrial environments, supporting laboratory practices, research projects, production supervision and regulatory compliance while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency. 

She has completed professional training in Gas Chromatography, HPLC, Quality Management Systems  and Analytical Laboratory Practices. Her interests focus on Sustainable Chemical Technologies, Environmental Impact Assessment and Safety, Industrial Innovation and Developing Practical Engineering Solutions that address real life challenges while supporting the growth of future Engineers.
