Kakuyu Stephen A is a Tutorial Assistant at the University of Dar es Salaam, He specialized in Public Administration in Records and Archives Management which provided him with a strong foundation in information governance, Records Lifecycle Management, and Archival practices.

He is committed to strengthening students' capacity in Records and Archives Management in accordance with the Legal and Regulatory Authorities governing the profession. Through Teaching, Research and Academic development, He bridges theory and practice to equip students with skills to manage, preserve and utilize records effectively for improved service delivery and Organization's efficiency.

Outside of work, Kakuyu is an active football player. The discipline, teamwork, and determination gained from the sport positively influence his professional approach and responsibilities.

His core motivation is continuous career growth through learning He is currently pursuing further studies in Records and Archives Management to enhance Academic Excellence at University of Dar es Salaam and His is committed to expanding his expertise through ongoing education and practical experience
