He has practical leadership experience from his tenure at the Tanzania Higher Trade Union (THTU), where he served as Acting General Secretary and as a Board Member. In these capacities, Daniel played a key role in policy development, organizational coordination, and member engagement. His efforts significantly contributed to improving institutional accountability and the delivery of services.
