Regnald Kenju Justinian is an  Assistant Lecturer at University of Dar es salaam (UDSM), School of Education, Department of Educational Foundations, Management, and Lifelong learning, and Unit of Adult and Community Education. Before his transfer to  University of Dar es salaam (UDSM) in 2025, he luckily served as a professional teacher in Bukombe District in Geita (2014-2025) at Department of Secondary Education (2014-2018) and  and Department of Pre-primary and Primary Education (2018-2025). He pursued a Master Degree of Educational Management and Administration (2020-2022) at UDSM,  a Bachelor Degree of Adult and Community Education (2010-2013) at UDSM, A'level Education (2008-2010) at Nsumba Secondary School in Mwanza City, O'level Education (2004-2007) at Rukindo Secondary School in Kagera, and Primary Education (1997-2003) at Buganguzi Primary School in Kagera.
