Neema Thomas Mtilimbanya is a Library Assistant with professional experience in library and information support. She has five years of experience in the private sector as a librarian before joining the University of Dar es Salaam in 2025, where she has continued to serve from 2025 to the present.

In addition to her library profession, Neema is actively involved in spiritual and creative work. She has experience in preaching and teaching the Word of God, as well as songwriting and singing. Neema is also passionate about learning music production equipment, reflecting a strong interest in modern music creation and sound technology.
