Albert is a researcher, consultant and educator in the field of educational management and with focus on leadership and management of educational institutions, leadership development, educational planning and financing, educational policy making and analysis, economics of education, quantitative research methods and impact evaluation. Albert holds a Bachelor of Education with Commerce (BEd.Com) and a Master of Educational Management and Administration (MEMA), both from the University of Dar es Salaam. Albert has also worked as an educator at both government and private schools. Previously, Albert worked as a management consultant at Deloitte consulting where he provided human capital advisory services to private, government and NGOs. Albert also has a strong presence in NGOs where he is among the founding members of Imagine Worldwide Tanzania, a global leader in EdTech solutions for enhancing 3R skills. Currently, Albert is extensively involved in establishing and managing working relationships with various government entities such as MoEST, PoRALG, MoEVT, TIE, NECTA, ZIE and ZEC. Also Albert has worked in projects in collaboration with several entities such as World Bank, RTI, ENABEL, CiCAN, REPOA and others. Currently Albert is a doctoral candidate at the University of Dar es Salaam, where he investigates the nexus between leadership styles, job satisfaction and organisational commitment.
