Diana is a seasoned Business management and Gender specialist, with more than twenty years working experience in higher learning institution as lecturer, Researcher, and consultant. She is a self-motivated person and a team player, possesses necessary skills and experience in facilitating and developing strategic plans, undertaking contracted research including tracer studies and consultancy assignments. Diana has vast experience in developing both academic and competence based curricula and delivering training programmes both academic and short term capacity building programmes. She can deliver residential and online (using Moodle platform) academic programme, Develop research proposals and conduct researches and undertake contracted consultancies.
