Dr. Goodluck Temu is a legal practitioner with extensive academic and professional
experience. Holding Bachelor and Master of Laws degrees from the University of Dar
es Salaam and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Law School of Tanzania, he furthered
his expertise with a PhD in Telecommunications Law from the University of Bayreuth,
Germany. Dr. Temu is currently serving as a lecturer of law at the University of Dar es
Salaam School of Law, where he teaches and supervises research at undergraduate
and postgraduate levels. Aside from teaching, Dr. Temu has provided consulting
services and delivered lectures, seminars, and trainings on his areas of interest.
Dr. Temu's knowledge and expertise include telecommunications law, ICT law,
competition and regulatory law, and banking and finance, where he has conducted
substantial research and produced several peer-reviewed journal articles and a book
chapter. An active member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society,
Dr. Temu also contributes to legal education as a Board Member of the University of
Dar es Salaam School of Law.
