Dr. Theresia Dominic is a seasoned researcher and academic leader with extensive experience in management science, human resource management, and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of the Department of General Management at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). She oversees 34 department members, eight academic degree programs, research initiatives, and consultancy assignments. As the Tanzania Chapter Representative of the Operations Research Society of Eastern Africa (ORSEA), she contributes to advancing scholarly work and collaboration within the region. Theresia holds a Ph.D. from the University of Göttingen, Germany, and an MBA from the University of Dar es Salaam, with strong skills in data analysis and evidence-based decision-making using SPSS, SmartPLS, Excel, Power BI and KoboToolbox for field research. She is fluent in English and Swahili, with intermediate proficiency in German.
