NOTICE TO ALL UDSM STAFF
The University kindly reminds all staff of the importance of maintaining good security practices within offices and workspaces across all units.
Staff are encouraged to ensure that offices are properly secured at all times, particularly when stepping out, even briefly. Keeping offices locked when unattended helps protect personal belongings as well as University property.
Staff are also advised to promptly report any unusual or suspicious activities to the nearest security officer, the police desk, or their respective unit leadership so that appropriate action can be taken.
Your cooperation is highly appreciated in helping to maintain a safe, orderly, and supportive working environment for everyone.
