CBS team currently constitutes of 6 researchers from the School of Economics, UDSM, administrator and a PhD student.

The management constitutes of a Coordinator, Deputy coordinator and the administrator.

In addition, CBS is advised and guided by an Advisory Board which constitute of high-level members from selected institutions, fairly representing various thematic areas.

The Centre is amid a wealth pool of researchers consequently all members of the university are CBS’s prospect members depending on their competence.
