4th African Conference on Operations and Supply Chain Management (ACOSCM)
Wed, 27.Jul.2022 00.00The University of Nairobi in conjunction with the University of Dar es Salaam, will host the 4th African Conference on Operations and Supply Chain Management (ACOSCM) in Nairobi, on July 27th and 28th, 2022. The theme of the conference will be ‘Sustainability in Africa: Emerging and Future Trends’. In Africa, and indeed elsewhere, we must develop without depleting natural resources for the future, i.e. a development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
The 2022 ACOSCM conference relates strongly to the DAAD-sponsored Centre of Excellence “SCO: Sustainable Operations for Resource Management and Food Supply” at the Universities of Nairobi and Dar Es Salaam, and thereby sets the overall and important theme of sustainability for the conference
