Mercy Machange is a Public Relations Officer. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Advertising at the Univeristy of Dar es Salaam in 2019. Miss Machange has been working as a Public Relations Officer at the University of Dar es Salaam since 2019. She has a dedicated interest in strategic communication, development communication, and advertising. She has participated in several forums, workshops, and short courses/training and has been involved in organizing different University events.
She is a member of the Public Relations Society of Tanzania (PRST).
