Institute of Accountancy Arusha is a financial institution located in Njiro, the famous tourist city of Arusha in Tanzania. Institute of Accountancy Arusha was established in 1990 and the management and control of the entire college is attributed to the College's Management Committee. Institute of Accountancy Arusha now has Institute of Accountancy Arusha in Dar es Salaam, in addition to Institute of Accountancy Arusha headquarters in Arusha. There are about 3,000 diploma ,undergraduate and postgraduate students in Institute of Accountancy Arusha, and there are hundreds of faculty and staff. Institute of Accountancy Arusha is widely known not only in the Arusha region but throughout Tanzania, and even in neighboring Kenya, where students come to study.

On October 01, 2017, Institute of Accountancy Arusha has officially marked the officially incorporated the Chinese language course into its teaching. Order to better carry out Chinese teaching work, the school  provides a special office for the Chinese teachers on the fourth floor of the new library in the school to facilitate teachers to handle daily Chinese teaching related work.

Institute of Accountancy Arusha has offered Chinese elective courses for diploma students and undergraduate in all majors. At present, there are four Chinese classes for diploma students, leve Ⅰ has 86 and Ⅱ has 16 students. Nearly 100 undergraduates registered for each major.Meanwhile,Institute of Accountancy Arusha has intensified its publicity efforts to recruit Chinese students for social personnel.
