The Vice President of the United Republic of Tanzania, H.E. Ambassador Dr. Emmanuel John Nchimbi, has underscored the strategic role of higher education in driving economic transformation, youth empowerment and regional integration as he laid the foundation stone for the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) Kagera Campus in Bukoba.
