Publications:

Fortunatus Rwegasira Jacob is a Lecturer in the Chemistry Department. He attained his PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST). His area of specialization is Computational Chemistry.

 

Dr. Jacob received a Bachelor degree (BSc Ed) in 2011 from the University of Dar es Salaam, in 2012 he joined the African University of Science and Technology, Abuja for MSc degree in Materials Science and Engineering which he graduated in 2013. He then joined the University of Dar es Salaam in 2013 as Assistant Lecturer in the Chemistry Department.

 

Dr. Jacob has so far received three (3) UDSM Competitive Research Grant Awards.
