This week, the College management held a brief function to congratulate the College Loan’s Officer, Mr. Salmon Daudi Oloo for exemplary performance in managing student’s loans. His effort enabled the College to be awarded with a trophy during the Higher Education Students Loan’s Board (HESLB) annual meeting held in Bagamoyo in October 2023.

Obviously, DUCE has received this prestigious HESLB award for the 6^th time in row. The College has been receiving such awards since 2016.

The trophy is the recognition for the College superlative performance in managing student’s loans, particularly in areas of reporting, invoicing, submissions of returns and referral management.

Speaking during the event, the College Principal, Prof. Stephen Maluka, expressed his gratitude to the Students’ Loans Board for recognizing the contribution of the College in managing higher education activities in the country. He further said, Mr. Salmon has presented a remarkable efforts in branding the College. That, such efforts should not be disregarded but maintained positively.
