Mr. Erick Maximillian Mlasani joined the School as a Tutorial Assistant at the Department of Public Law in July 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.-Hons. 2022, UDSM), and he is currently pursuing a Master of Laws from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is also a part-time instructor in the certificate of law programme at the University of Dar es Salaam. He served the position of legal intern designated as a legal Officer at the University of Dar es Salaam School of Law from November 2022 to May 2023.

Erick was the best student in his third year of study during his LL.B. studies. Erick is also the first person with a disability (visually impaired TB) to join the school as an academic staff member since its establishment.

Mr. Erick’s areas of interest include Intellectual Property Law, Environmental Law, Evidence Law, Land Law, Law of Contract, East African Law, Commercial and consumer Laws, company law, Criminal Law, and Human rights Law.
