Congratulations Mr. Jacktone Odhiambo Koyugi!

Mr. J.O. Koyugi of the Department of Private Law, who is currently pursuing his PhD studies at the University of Dar es Salaam, successfully defended his thesis at a Viva Voce Examination held on 5th January 2024. His thesis, titled “Appointment and Removal of Arbitrators for Doubtful Impartiality or Independence under Tanzania Arbitration Law”, is a timely and welcome contribution to the literature on arbitration law and related matters in Tanzania and beyond.
